Stealth Infected Parasites.

As you know Russsia has used TBEV vaccines for years and still do. The spirochetal prion proteins are now also infecting the parasites causeing gene sharing stealth such as those seen in Morgellons spirochetal disease sufferers.

We must also move to stop the immune suppression that allows the infections to survive. IMO we all need our own stem cells to stop the stealth after doing all we can to kill the infections first. To do so without killing them first does much more damage as proven in Lupus pts. who's face's fall off in the failures to treat them FIRST.

B. burgdorferi sensu lato have been isolated in culture from only a few human cases in the region [22-23].

and have been detected by molecular methods in wild lizards in Florida, South Carolina, and Maryland [20, 21].

However, despite the efforts to date, very little evidence has been obtained that supports the notion that B. lonestari is the cause of STARI [34]. For example, a microbiologic study of 30 Missouri patients with erythema migrans (EM)-like skin lesions concluded that neither B. burgdorferi nor B. lonestari was likely to be the cause [33],

because the investigators were unable to culture spirochetes from skin biopsy specimens from any of the patients.

By cultureing they generated these sequences desposited in genbank-- FJ188419, FJ188427, FJ188428, FJ188430, and KC607890 through KC607901.

Therefore, these data represent the first evidence of

B. andersonii in patients with Lyme borreliosis.

Among these are a family of small proteins with approximate molecular masses of 12 kDa, which have been variously classed as

"domain of unknown function" (DUF) 149, Pfam 2575 and COG-0718 [1].

Henrietta Lacks had Syphilis and they knew spirochetal prion proteins could not be killed as testified before Congress.

Coexistence of ribbon and helical fibrils originating from hIAPP20–29 revealed by quantitative nanomechanical atomic force microscopy

Uncontrolled misfolding of proteins leading to the formation of amyloid deposits

is associated with more than 40 types of diseases,

such as neurodegenerative diseases and type-2 diabetes.

These irreversible amyloid fibrils typically assemble in distinct stages. Transitions among the various intermediate stages are the subject of many studies

but are not yet fully elucidated.

Here, we combine high-resolution atomic force microscopy and quantitative nanomechanical mapping to determine the self-assembled structures of the decapeptide hIAPP20–29, which is considered to be the fibrillating core fragment of the human islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP) involved in type-2 diabetes.

We successfully follow the evolution of hIAPP20–29 nanostructures over time, calculate the average thickening speed of small ribbon-like structures, and provide evidence of the coexistence of ribbon and helical fibrils, highlighting a key step within the self-assembly model.

In addition, the mutations of individual side chains of wide-type hIAPP20–29 shift this balance and destabilize the helical fibrils sufficiently relative to the twisted ribbons to lead to their complete elimination. We combine atomic force microscopy structures, mechanical properties, and solid-state NMR structural information to build a molecular model containing β sheets in cross-β motifs as the basis of self-assembled amyloids.

Borrelia cholesterol glycolipids are critical for the bactericidal action of a lytic antibody
Lipoproteins interact with cholesterol lipids in the Borrelia membrane
B. burgdorferi cholesterol glycolipids exist as lipid raft-like microdomains
Temperature affects the bactericidal action of the antibody and cholesterol glycolipid organization

Summary

Borrelia burgdorferi, the agent of Lyme disease, is unusual as it contains free cholesterol and cholesterol glycolipids. It is also susceptible to complement-independent bactericidal antibodies, such as CB2, a monoclonal IgG1 against outer surface protein B (OspB). We find that the bactericidal action of CB2 requires the presence of cholesterol glycolipids and cholesterol. Ultrastructural, biochemical, and biophysical analysis revealed that the bacterial cholesterol glycolipids exist as lipid raft-like microdomains in the outer membrane of cultured and mouse-derived B. burgdorferi and in model membranes from B. burgdorferi lipids. The order and size of the microdomains are temperature sensitive and correlate with the bactericidal activity of CB2. This study demonstrates the existence of cholesterol-containing lipid raft-like microdomains in a prokaryote, and we suggest that the temperature dependence of B. burgdorferi lipid raft organization may have significant implications in the transmission cycle of the spirochetes which are exposed to a range of temperatures.

Abstract
Evidence is accumulating for the lateral organization of cell membrane lipids and proteins in the context of sorting or intracellular signaling. So far, however, information has been lacking on the details of protein–lipid interactions in such aggregates. Purple membranes are patches made up of lipids and the protein bacteriorhodopsin in the plasma membrane of certain Archaea. Naturally crystalline, they provide a unique opportunity to study the structure of a natural membrane at submolecular resolution by diffraction methods. We present a direct structural determination of the glycolipids with respect to bacteriorhodopsin in these membranes. Deuterium labels incorporated in vivo into the sugar moieties of the major glycolipid were localized by neutron diffraction. The data suggest a role for specific aromatic residue–carbohydrate stacking interactions in the formation of the purple membrane crystalline patches.

Presentations were made at the Chronic Disease Research Conference in Seattle in September, 2013:

http://www.chronicdiseaseresearchfoundation.org/

At the end of October 2013 there was an interview with Patrick Timpone from the One Radio Network:

http://oneradionetwork.com/.../professo ... linsky.../

and with Donna Gates in November on the Hay House Radio Network:

http://www.hayhouseradio.com/show_detai ... id=302...#

At the time of this message it is unknown what the rope worms are, however the full genome sequencing can show what they are. The cost of the full genome sequencing for one sample is tens of thousands US dollars. If each of you considers a donation of $300 or more, there could be enough money to sequence one sample.

You can donate here:

or here:

You can also send a check to:

Prof. Alex A. Volinsky

University of South Florida

Without your support the rope worm full genome project may never start.

Yours truly,

Alex Volinsky

YA SEE FOLKS THEY HAVE KNOWN FOR A LONG TIME....YOU WERE TOLD YOUR JUST DELUSIONAL....
2007-- http://genesdev.cshlp.org/content/21/18/2326.full
The rod component of the bacterial flagellum

polymerizes from the inner membrane across the periplasmic space and stops at a length of 25 nm at the outer membrane.

Bushing structures, the P- and L-rings, polymerize around the distal rod

and form a pore in the outer membrane.

The flagellar hook structure is then added to the distal rod

growing outside the cell.

Hook polymerization stops after the rod–hook structure reaches ∼80 nm in length. This study describes mutants

in the distal rod protein FlgG that fail to terminate rod growth.

The mutant FlgG subunits continue to polymerize close to the length of the normal rod–hook structure of 80 nm.

These filamentous rod structures have multiple P-rings and fail to form the L-ring pore at the outer membrane.

The flagella grow within the periplasm similar to spirochete flagella.

This provides a simple method to evolve intracellular flagella as in spirochetes.

The mechanism that couples rod growth termination to the ring assembly and outer membrane penetration exemplifies the importance of stopping points

in the construction of a complex macromolecular machine

that facilitate efficient coupling to the next step in the assembly pathway.
