@ inmacdonald,
According to my data you have now posted 110 attachments, in total taking up a few dozen megabytes. These attachments take up extra resources: disk space and bandwidth. Therefore the attachments should be posted with some restraint: not unnecessarily and not have an unnecessarily large file size.
This implies among others not adding something as an attachment when it's freely available elsewhere on the internet, and keeping images small in view size and file size. On this board one should strive a maximum image width of 640 pixels and smaller when appropriate. Further, images can often be compressed with hardly any noticable loss, which also helps keeping the file size down.
In this case you have posted an image of a small part of an article that is:
1.
freely available on the internet:
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/06/ ... 0528.shtml2.
way too large in size: 1570 x 750 pixels (w x h)
3.
way too large in file size: 374.81 KiB
This is not acceptable.
Besides, the article has already been posted on this board in the following topic:
Edward McSweegan, program officer harassed by wackosI have to ask you to remove the attachment and use the above as guidelines for future attachments.
