Re: VERY SAD NEWS!!!
I am so saddened. When I lost my job last summer and said I would have trouble posting going forward...Joe sent me lovely PM's trying to help me stay on and saying how much he would miss me. He definately made me smile. And Martain, I think Fin is trying to say something without coming out and sayin...

Re: Reporting Lyme according to the CDC
When the doctor reported mine, and the state called me to confirm, they asked me WHERE I got it. I let them know I didn't get it in my county of current residence but in NJ. I am pretty sure she wrote that down. I asked why I had to go to MD to get diagnosed and why I had not even been tested in PA....

Re: CDC and Fry Lab blood smear--weird info!
Good morning. I only meant to go question him about it and see what happens. He always says that he says things for the purpose of gettting people to think. His words. I haven't had a real issue getting him to respond to me when I ask him something. I know how you feel about his blog, Fin...and I gu...

Re: CDC and Fry Lab blood smear--weird info!
Claudia,
Why not just go ask him if he has tried to report it to anyone?
He posts things like this in an attempt to get people thinking and debate..
So why not just go post that to him?

Re: we are off to baltimore
I have looked at parathyroid a while back when my teeth got involved and I was dealing with hypothyroidism. I think the endocrinologist checked that in maybe 2002 pre lyme dx. But I do think its important to have it looked at. I tried to email you this week, fin, did you get it? I will do those othe...

Re: we are off to baltimore
Hi Jarla... I think we have chatted before on the enigma site. How the heck are you doing? Anywhooo.... My daughter and I have EDS as well. Verified by a geneticist just this week. If it weren't for Fin getting the correct dx, I probably never would have (not to say I don't have Lyme as well...you b...

Re: Lymemd in PA
Hey. I have been following that blog for a long time. And I did post on the thread over there concerning the upheaval. (you can guess which is me...its pretty obvious) Anyway...I don't have a problem with him mentioning case histories so long as he isn't using names. For all we know he might be aski...

Re: discredited? I dont think so......
I think...and I could be wrong here... That it is his opinion that a doctor is discreditied in the mianstream, scientifically accepted community when, for example, their license is yanked by the state, for example. And that WOULD be true. My LLMD says her doctor is Dr. Jemsek. She says he is brillia...

Re: Question about Blurry Vision related to Abx use
If you are on plaquneil with your abx (hydroxychloroquin), blurry vision can be due to THAT. So can loss of perifreal vision. It can be very permanent so therefore take that into consideration. I recommend seeing an opthamologist. Also, Lyme can cause a reversible form of uveitis. Also something to ...
