How are the Lyme guidelines in the European countries?

I am wondering how the Lyme guidelines in the different European countries are. In the Netherlands they are comparable with the IDSA-guidelines in the US. How about the other European countries?

Alcohol while using clarithromycin+hydroxychloroquine

Does anyone know if it is okay to drink moderate amounts of alcohol (like one bottle of beer each day) while using clarithromycin + hydroxychloroquine?
I have not seen an alcohol contraindication mentioned anywhere.
