Re: Missing limbs-question
So... Its going well....a few long 'getting to know you' calls on the phone. Very sweet. A gentleman. Hard to come by these days. A little more 'country' than I usually go for...but maybe part of my problem is about my past choices... Me dating again? Could it be I feel better? I think I do fe...

Re: HORRIFIC doesnt begin to describe this
I'm sure we blame/give more credit to sweeg than necessary. However, it almost seems to be that we are actually dealing with a VERY good troll sometimes. Someone who gets their kicks from how far they can go and have the wackiness accepted. Think about it...no one stays here who does this to defend ...

Re: Self-Limiting Lyme Disease in Dogs
Well, seeing as how MY experience ended with my beloved, once strong dog dead, I have to disagree.
It WAS self limiting...it ended when he did.

Sounds like they have covered a lot, and of course, so glad you have a doc who is willing to actually treat...this makes SUCH a difference. Had I gotten good treatment as a kid...who k...

Re: How to detect medical scams on line
I tend to think it is what happens in uncomplicated lyme. I am not saying I have not had bad times. And each bad relapse brought some permanent damage. I did go about 3 years unable to work. However, even after that bad time where I couldn't get out of bed a few years back, I eventually recovered, s...

Re: How to detect medical scams on line
Yes, I've seen this suggested before -- suggested by you I think. This is nice and all, but I would like to see one long-term chronic Lymie who has gone into remission untreated. Can you point me to even one? Even a second-hand story of one would be okay. Complete relapsing and remitting, from what...
