As Borrelia (DNA) can be found in urine, maybe it can also be found in feces.
And what about the slime in feces? Biofilms?? (If indeed they are, that would be revolutionary as till now BB biofilms are ignored as they've never been found in vivo!). So perhaps the Microbiom is useful as an additional diagnostic tool in Lymepatients with persisting gastro-intestinal problems. First examining the feces, then doing a biopsy. Am I wrong?
