What about the results of your antibody tests?
In 2005 I was also diagnosed with an immunodeficiency (I have both low IgG and IgM).

Dako´s ELISA (2003): negative

Diasorin Liaison ELISA (2005): negative

Diasorin Liaison ELISA (2007): negative

WB (2007): borderline
So, all negative...

How good is Diasorin Liaison ELISA to detect late European borreliosis?

Check this link on page 69 (ACA/acrodermatitis):

For me, 2 Elisa positives & 2 WB positives, especially OspC in IgM. Also cd57 at 10, but I don t trust this test!

In late stage, I don t believe the diasorin to be positive. Maybe just in IgM..... When I was diagnosed I was already in late stage.

.....very late stage. One Elisa was positive, next negative, next positive. All in IgM. Highly suggestive of a late stage infection

The Swedish physician that "guessed" (in 2006) that it could be a seronegative late borreliosis in my case (don't forget that I also have an immunodeficiency), were actually right.

I removed a post because I maybe misunderstood what Martian meant with this:
