On top of the tower you are about 25 m above N.A.P. Nice view from there.

I read in the link which you gave the tower is privately owned. Can you still use it?

If I am understanding, (I ran the text through an online translator)...it seems to be some sort of air raid warning facility?
But built after WW II? Do I have this right?
(The translation comes out soemthing like "air approaching ear", or something like that...)???
